Chicken Crust Pepperoni Pizza

Yeap, that really is a thing! Instead of flour dough crust, it's chicken.
I found the recipe online.
I was actually looking for high protein, low carbs food; something keto friendly.
The recipe is so simple: ground chicken, eggs, parmesian cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper...ummm what else, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and banana peppers.

I used pesto sauce instead of the traditional pizza sauce because of the carbs. It tasted yum but I must warn you - if you going to substitute, take account of the salt in pesto sauce.
The only other thing I'm going to do is make it extra extra cheesy.
All in all, it was satisfying and tasted so good.
