• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless we are contacted immediately and food preparation hasn’t started.

• We are not responsible for errors made by third-party platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub.

• We are not liable for delivery delays once the food has left our premises.

• Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.

4. Refunds & Returns

At Laud Shawarma, we take pride in serving delicious, freshly prepared food. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your food so we can make it right.

Refunds or replacements may be offered in cases such as:

• Wrong order received

• Food quality concerns

• Missing items

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Partially consumed food
